Senior Process Engineer
Lead continuous improvement on the press line. Own yield, throughput, and quality KPIs.
- 5+ years in wood-based panel or composite manufacturing
- Six Sigma / Lean certification preferred
- Familiarity with EN 300 / ASTM testing
- Mandarin working proficiency
Export Sales Manager — Europe
Own sales growth across Benelux, DACH, Nordics, and UK. Manage existing distributor network + develop new OEM accounts.
- 5+ years B2B sales in building materials, timber, or panels
- Fluent English + German or Dutch
- Existing network of builders / importers a strong plus
Quality Control Lab Technician
Run daily QC tests on production batches: density, MOR, MOE, IB, thickness swell, formaldehyde.
- Degree in wood science, materials engineering, or chemistry
- 1–3 years lab experience (fresh grads considered)
- Careful, methodical, documentation-oriented
Structural Engineer — Customer Solutions
Help customers design with BAMOSB. Produce span tables, fixing schedules, and project-specific structural calcs.
- Civil or structural engineering degree
- Experience with Eurocode 5 / NDS / AS 1720.1
- Excellent English writing skills (Chinese a plus)
Logistics & Freight Coordinator
Coordinate 40+ container shipments per month: booking, customs docs, freight optimisation.
- 3+ years international freight forwarding experience
- Familiar with Incoterms 2020, B/L, COO, FSC docs
- Comfortable with high-volume operational work
Marketing Manager — Digital
Own the website, content, and digital campaigns. Translate our technical excellence into stories that builders want to share.
- 4+ years B2B marketing, ideally in building materials
- Comfortable with CMS, basic HTML, SEO, paid social
- Native English; design sensibility a plus
