5–7 business days by DHL/FedEx to most countries. Larger sample orders (full-size panels) take 3–4 weeks via ocean freight.
Who pays for shipping?
You do. We charge actual freight cost at cost — typically USD 35–85 for the standard 4-panel kit via DHL. We invoice shipping separately after you confirm the sample shipment.
Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes. For orders above 10 m³, we can ship production-size samples (e.g. 1220×2440mm). Use the form and select "Custom spec".
What's the difference between "samples" and "production"?
Sample panels come from the same production line as commercial orders — same resin, same press, same density. They're cut from off-cuts or made on dedicated sample runs so you can validate the product before placing a commercial PO.
Do you offer bonded warehouse stock?
Yes — Rotterdam (Netherlands), Long Beach (USA), and Sydney (Australia) for fast replenishment. Mention your target market in the form and we'll quote accordingly.
