Technical & installation

Stainless steel ring-shank nails or exterior-grade wood screws. Stainless is mandatory for outdoor decking to avoid tannin staining. Spacing: 150mm edges, 300mm field. See installation guide PDF.
Can BAMOSB be used as structural sheathing?
Yes — BOSB-S18 is rated OSB4 (EN 300) for structural sheathing in walls, roofs, and subfloors. Engineered load tables for spans up to 600mm available on request.
Is BAMOSB suitable for humid environments?
Wall Cladding and Outdoor Decking are rated for direct weather exposure and Class 1 durability. BOSB-S18 and Composite are suitable for service class 1 & 2 per EN 1995-1-1.
Can I paint or finish BAMOSB?
Yes — any exterior wood finish works. For decking, factory-oiling on both sides is recommended; for cladding, microporous stains or opaque paints. Avoid film-forming finishes on outdoor applications.
