Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 June 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.bambooosb.com (the "Site") operated by BAMOSB Bamboo Structural Board Co., Ltd. ("BAMOSB", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business professionals (builders, importers, distributors, architects, OEMs, and other trade buyers). By using the Site you represent that you are acting in a business capacity.
2. Products and pricing
- All product specifications are indicative and subject to technical updates without notice.
- Displayed prices are subject to confirmation via formal quotation (Proforma Invoice).
- Currency conversion is for reference only; contracts are denominated in the currency specified on the PI.
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) per product is 1 × 40' HQ container (~1,400 m² at 18mm).
3. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 30% T/T). Production begins upon cleared deposit. Cancellation after production has started is non-refundable.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 (FOB / CIF / CFR / DAP / DDP) as specified in the PI. Title and risk pass per the agreed Incoterm. BAMOSB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, force majeure, or buyer-supplied incorrect information.
5. Quality and warranty
BAMOSB panels carry a limited warranty per the Certifications page. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence and batch number. BAMOSB's liability is limited to the value of the affected shipment.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by BAMOSB or its licensors and protected by international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAMOSB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify BAMOSB against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third party's rights.
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. BAMOSB is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) arbitration in Shanghai, in English.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
